I used to suffer from horrible abdominal pain, functioning at 50%, while needing to sleep 12 hours in a day. I was easily irritated and snappy and would have bouts of debilitating pain.

I had been diagnosed with 2 autoimminue disorders, Crohn's and lychen sclerosis, and I was trying almost anything that would lift me out of my misery.

At the time, I specialized in massage for pain relief and Health Coaching, and I grew to understand the power of our thoughts and the effect they had on our energy.

I attribute my seemingly miraculous healing and productive, joyful life to shifts in my energy (with Homeopathy and Higher Self work). My ability to create sustainable results for my suffering clients grew as I personally expanded from learning these practices.

During a massage session treating my client's painful shoulder, I remember seeing a stubborn image of a knife in a person's back!  It would not go away until I asked the client if she'd been backstabbed or betrayed. She almost immediately burst into tears and explained this was exactly what was going on in her life at that moment.

I've now honed this intuitive skill and use it to create transformative shifts for my clients, as if the fog blocking their most expansive self has been set free.

I look forward to many more years of helping people find their true north, feel their limitlessness, and shed the pains and heartaches to uncover a truly joyful and easeful life! It's possible!
